There has been a player using the name [MaFiA]-Sonny-GF. I want to take this time to say a few things about him.
• He is NOT Sonny.
• Mafia no longer plays Giants, and has no intention of coming back. Thus, if he tries to recruit you, ignore him.
As with all cases of smurfing (smurfing: creating alternate personas, either to hide one's identity or to pose as another person), I recommend that everyone place him onto their mute lists, and kick him from any games he joins. Hopefully, he will get the message that no one wants to put up with him, and will eventually leave to troll some other community.
TrueSparks has been added to the blacklist for passing out a trainer in the Gamespy lobby. While creativity is nice, it can ruin a game if used in the wrong way. The ban is permanent.
I have added a comment section to GiantsWD, allowing you to comment on every file in the database. You can give any type of review you wish (positive or negative), but keep the language clean. Logged in users will be able to add comments, while all users will be able to view comments. If you stumble across any bugs, please email me the details.

Comments have also been added for news posts. The same rules apply for news comments as for file comments.
The upload form is now complete. Starting from a modest 121 lines of code, it now encompasses 524 lines. As much as I wish it were flawless, I know it will not be. If and when you find an error using the upload form, please email me and detail how you arrived at the problem. For the most part, I expect the upload form to be a great benefit for GiantsWD.
On another note, I have noticed new forum registrations with bogus emails and descriptions. These registrations have been caused by bots promoting pornographic sites and have been quite a nuisance. Being what they are, I have added a script that will instantly ban bots that attempt to register on GiantsWD. Hopefully this will solve my woes =)
The two major scripts I planned to complete are now finished and I am looking for further ideas that can be implemented on GiantsWD. Submit your ideas on the forum and I'll give it a whirl. Until the next big coding project, I will be improving the aesthetic value of the site with various graphical updates.
Also, there are over 100 unclaimed files on GiantsWD, where the author has either changed his/her name or is no longer registered on the forum. If you see one or more of your files in the unclaimed section, send me an email and I will add the appropriate ownership.
